Our grandmother Potenciana is the inspiration of this eatery. Her talent in cooking and personality enabled her to travel the world from Israel to Belgium, Hawaii, Turkey and the USA.
¨Pot Mami¨ derives from the word Pot or Potenciana and Mami stands for mother/noodles. You may choose between the two ¨cause you can find both in this place.
So as we continue our adventure in passion for cooking. We would like to inform you that a part of the profit will go to different orphanages. And we would be honoured if you partake on this beautifull journey/adventure.

Onze grootmoeder Potenciana is de inspiratie voor dit eetcafe/bistro. Haar kooktalent en persoonlijkheid gaven haar de kans om naar Israel, Belgie, Japan, Hawai, Turkije en de VS te reizen. ¨Pot Mami¨staat voor Pot of Potenciana en Mami voor moeder/noodles. Je kan voor beide kiezen, want beiden zijn ter plaatse te vinden. Naast onze passie voor koken, willen we jullie graag ook informeren dat een deel van de opbrengsten steun zal bieden aan verschillende weeshuizen. Wij zouden ons vereerd voelen moesten jullie meegaan op deze avontuurlijke etape.
